Chris Guillochon
creates photographs which communicate more than just a basic level of information about a structure or room; he attempts to reveal the intent of the designer with an accurate interpretation of their work into a 2D image that accurately conveys the feeling of being in the space itself.
Chris prefers traditional field technique and a close attention to detail to capture photographs that require minimal retouching and carry the integrity of the moment.
Chris has had a long interest in art and architecture. Before his work as a professional interiors and architectural photographer, as a keen draughtsman he founded Guillochon Gallery, a contemporary art gallery in London specialising in works on paper including drawings and photography that combined traditional skills with contemporary concerns.
